A big thank you to Michelle for sending in this bluebonnet sightings report. She says this field is located on Alysa Lane near Paiwan Road. She says to just look for the open fields. Also, it sounds like some landowners are pretty friendly to those bluebonnet lovers wanting to get into the fields to take pictures. Michelle says, “We asked permission to go out in the field, but there are lots of other fields that we just saw driving around.”

Thank you to Michelle for sending in this bluebonnet sightings report. She tells us this field is located at the intersection of FM 4 and Highway 67 in Cleburne, Texas, right behind the Cleburne Surgical Center.

Michelle says there are other Texas wildflowers in the mix, and “the bluebonnets are spread out, but dense in some areas. There is a street behind the Surgical Center that has a very dense patch of bluebonnets as well.

In terms of parking, here are some tips she shares, “The field is right off of the highway, and there is a parking lot behind the Surgical Center that you can park in. The street behind the Surgical Center also has a good little shoulder to pull onto (though it’s dirt), and there is little to no traffic unless you run out in the road.”

And depending on the time of day, sounds like it’s a great Kid & Pet Friendly Bluebonnet Field as well.

Big thank you to Steven for sending in this bluebonnet sightings report. Although the photos are a week old, y’all look at all the unbloomed flower heads! This field is going to be ripe about now. Y’all need to get out there for some great pics.

Steven tells us the field is located on South Main Street in Mansfield right next to the Country Side Baptist Church. In fact he says, “Here are some photos of a spot we found off Business 287/ Main St., next to Country Side Baptist Church.  It is about a block from where 287 business and 287 meet heading south. Thank you for making this site!! I look forward to using it year after year for our family.”

A big thank you to Robert for sending in this bluebonnet sightings report. Robert says, “This is at the back-way into Teravista subdivision in Round Rock, Texas. There is a small rise on the east part of the entrance. The field is not large at all, but it is the only where I’ve seen this much Indian paintbrush mixed with bluebonnets.” We agree it’s a gorgeous place for those close-up shots of bluebonnets and paintbrushes.

A big thank you to Vee for sending in this bluebonnet sightings report. Vee says the field is located beside the Crown of Life Lutheran Church on Miller Road just off the President George Bush Turnpike. She says to “take the Miller Road exit from the President George Bush Turnpike and go west. Immediately after, turn in empty field next to turnpike and church.”

Vee says although the field is at peak bloom stage, everyone should hurry. There’s plenty of safe parking nearby at a school parking lot and that “every year many people come to this location for their photographs as can be seen by flat places on the picture but this year has more flowers than usual.”

Enjoy yourselves and be sure to get out to a bluebonnet field sometime soon as the end of the season will be here before we know it. : )

A gi-nor-mous thank you to Debbie for sending in this bluebonnet sightings report. We have emailed Debbie confirming some of the field’s details such as more specific location details and whether or not the photographs are recent. And if the photos are recent, then … boy howdy! … y’all need to get to that field for another session of pictures in the bluebonnets.

The field is located on FM 2754 which is located between Hwy 159 and Hwy 36 just northwest of Bellville, Texas.

Debbie not only tells us the field is at peak bloom stage, the blanket is thick, but it’s an awesome Kid & Pet Friendly Bluebonnet Field as well because the owner is allowing the public into the bluebonnets. Woo hoo!

Debbie says, and we quote, “One of the prettiest fields I have seen, a must see!!!!” And we agree!

This bluebonnet field is located at 3001 Keller Springs Road, Carrollton, TX 75006. Gray tells us the field is in front of the YDL Dental Laboratory.

Gray says although the field is small, it has a thick blanket and it’s at peak bloom stage. There’s also plenty of safe parking nearby and makes a great Kid & Pet Friendly Bluebonnet Field.

Heidi says the field is behind the Target Store in Kyle. We’re not sure if it can be seen from the roads but she did list FM 1626 as the main road the field was located. She also says there’s safe parking nearby.

We gotta give King Slang A Lang on Twitter — @SirJHoss — a HUGE shout out for being not only the King of Slang A Lang but also the King of Multitasking. LOL!

Not only did he cruise by the Cafe Java in Round Rock, Texas, at 2501 Gattis School Road, Round Rock, Texas 78664, to get himself a cafe latte, but he also snapped a pic of an awesome bluebonnet field across the way, checked into FourSquare, tweeted us the pic and location, and told us to “add it to the map!” all with the click of a single button.
