Kingsland Bluebonnet Alert! | HUGE! Texas Longhorn in Texas Bluebonnets on FM 3404 (CR 307)
Posted by bluebonnets on Apr 14, 2012 | 2 commentsMercy me! We’ve seen some big Longhorn steers in the bluebonnets this year, but DANG! this one is HUGE! We know how y’all just love the Texas Longhorns in the Texas bluebonnets pictures so we definitely had to share. Thanks, Dewi Utgard, for sending in the bluebonnets sightings report. We love it! And don’t worry, today’s cell phones — especially the iPhones — are making everyone a professional photographer. Us included! LOL!
This fine specimen of Texas cattle is located on FM 3404 (otherwise known as CR 307) just outside and west of Kingsland. If anyone spots him again, could you please lock down some GPS coordinates for the property or give us some more specific landmarks along FM 3404. That way everyone will know when to be on the look out for him. You can leave any location details in the comments section down below. Thanks! : )

Longhorn In Bluebonnets (Dewi Utgard – Kingsland, Texas)
Spotted this fella in the Bluebonnets on my way home from H-E-B the other day. He was standing there like he was waiting for his photo op. So happy to share all around the Community, thought I would share with y’all. I am in no way a photographer, this was just taken with my iPhone, but thought it was too pretty to pass up these two symbols together
This was taken on Ranch Road 3404 (Slab Road) (coming from Llano, would be Co Rd 307)

Glad you all enjoyed the photo, I just wanted to share….I shall send you some GPS Coordinates when I head to the store today! They are always in the same spots right there by the road, and yes, there are more
Thanks for sending the longhorn photo, Dewi. Our Facebook followers definitely loved him! We’ve noticed they definitely have a thing for cows — especially Texas Longhorns! LOL! When you get a chance, we’d definitely appreciate the GPS coordinates and we’ll create a page so others can find him and his buddies quite easily in the upcoming bluebonnet seasons. Thanks again! We really appreciate it. : )
